If Black Bean receives any platform kickbacks, we will pass it along to you.

We will not represent a competitive product to yours, meaning if you sell running sneakers, we will not sign on Nike or any other company that will compete with you to ensure that our performance ad slot aggression is only isolated to a single product/company.
